The exit permit with foreign currency refers to the permit uniformly printed by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and issued by the bank in accordance with the regulations, which allows entry-exit personnel to take foreign currency and foreign currency payment vouchers out of the country, and the customs will release them with this certificate. This certificate is valid for one use within 30 days from the date of issuance.

1. Customers withdraw cash from the bank or purchase foreign currency to pay the voucher amount, fill in the application form for going abroad with foreign currency, and provide relevant supporting materials such as passport, valid visa, pass or travel notice abroad;

2. After verification by the bank handling personnel, according to the provisions of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the bank will issue an exit permit for carrying foreign currency to customers.

If the extension information belongs to one of the following special circumstances, the exit personnel may apply to the foreign exchange bureau for the Carrying Certificate:

1, a large number of outbound groups;

2 long-term outbound or long-distance scientific investigation team;

3. Visits by government leaders;

4. Outbound personnel go to countries with wars, strict foreign exchange control, poor financial situation or financial turmoil;

5. Other special circumstances.
