1) Take out the battery first, unplug the power plug, press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds, and then plug in the power to see if it can be turned on. If it still cannot be opened, please continue with the following steps.

2) Take out the battery, unplug the power plug, and open the back cover screw with a pin screwdriver. One side of the cover plate has an opening. Gently tilt the cover along this opening with a screwdriver, and then you can remove the cover.

3) Take off the cover and find the memory stick. Gently open the buckles on both sides of the memory stick with a screwdriver, and the memory stick can be loosened. Gently remove the memory module, wait a moment, and then install it.

4) Cover the cover plate reversely according to the disassembly method, install the battery, and restart the power button.
