If the transaction currency is not within the above-mentioned foreign currency range, or there is no balance or insufficient balance in the transaction currency account in the card, the US dollar account funds will be automatically used to complete the payment and enjoy the convenience of payment.
Take the euro as an example: customers can use this card to handle ATM withdrawals or merchant consumption in euro zone countries or regions through MasterCard or VISA network, and can directly use the funds in the euro cash account in the card to complete the payment; If there is no balance or insufficient balance in the euro cash account, the payment will be completed directly with the funds in the euro cash account; If there is no balance in the euro cash account or the balance is insufficient, the payment will be completed with the funds in the dollar cash account; If there is no balance or insufficient balance in the US dollar cash account, the payment will be completed with the funds in the US dollar cash account; If the dollar cash account also has no balance or the balance is insufficient, the transaction fails.
