You multiply the total price of your goods (including cost and profit, which is the ex-factory price of your export) by customs duties and value-added tax, and then by the foreign exchange rate (because I don't know what currency you are trading with Karachi, so I can't give the exchange rate, so you can check it online), plus domestic freight (that is, the freight from Shandong to Shanghai Port, and Shandong is closer to Shanghai, so it should be delivered from Shanghai Port) and sea freight. F does not include insurance, so don't count the insurance premium. That's about it. If you are looking for an agent, you have to add an agency fee.
