Net inflow means that the city is in a state of sustainable development, while net outflow shows a downward trend. From this perspective, there is no high-end manufacturing industry in Guilin, or there is no cluster-scale industry that can attract a large number of migrant workers from other provinces. Guilin is not a strategically attractive national or regional commercial center city. Then the problem comes, Guilin has obvious advantages in natural scenery. This requires the guidance of local government and local society to form a window service strategy for sustainable development. At this stage, due to people's greed and shortsightedness or lack of supervision, most domestic tourist cities have various contradictions in attracting foreign tourists, so it seems reasonable for someone to think that Guilin is a declining tourist city with his experience and perspective!
