What do you need to buy a house in Beijing when your child has just joined the work?
20 10 After the promulgation of the "Ten Articles of New China" ("Notice of the State Council on Resolutely Curbing the Excessive Rise of Housing Prices in Some Cities"), some cities with excessively high housing prices have successively issued regulations restricting the number of units purchased by families, which are called "purchase restriction orders". Beijing stipulates that the sale of houses is suspended for households with two or more houses in this city, and the purchase of 1 house is restricted for households with non-local household registration who have paid social security or individual tax in this city for more than five consecutive years. This chapter briefly expounds the city's household registration, foreign welfare, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan household registration, foreigners, and company housing qualifications.

First, Beijing family purchase policy

Single: there is no self-owned house in this city, and the purchase is limited to 1 house; For those who already own 1 or above housing, the sale of housing in this city will be suspended.

Families: Households registered in this city who already own 1 apartment are restricted from buying 1 apartment (including new commercial housing and second-hand housing); For households with registered residence in this city who already own 2 or more houses, the sale of housing in this city will be suspended.

Beijing registered families include:

At least one permanent family member has a Beijing household registration.

Servicemen stationed in Beijing, families of armed police, and families with valid work residence permits in Beijing.

Families with collective hukou in Beijing. (Those who move into the collective account of Beijing schools because of their schooling (students are reflected in the household registration book as vocational subjects) belong to non-Beijing nationality. )

Second, the purchase policy of non-Beijing families.

Non-local registered households who hold valid temporary residence permits and have no housing in this city and have paid social insurance or personal income tax in this city for more than 5 consecutive years (inclusive) are restricted to purchase 1 set of housing (including new commercial housing and second-hand housing);

Non-local resident families who own 1 set or more houses, who cannot provide valid temporary residence permits in this city, and non-local resident families who have paid social insurance or personal income tax payment certificates in this city for more than five consecutive years (inclusive) will be suspended from selling their houses in this city.

Third, foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents and overseas Chinese purchase policies.

Foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, and overseas Chinese individuals purchase houses in accordance with the Notice on Further Regulating the Administration of Purchasing Houses by Overseas Institutions and Individuals issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on 4 October 2002165438. Overseas individuals can only buy one set of housing for self-occupation in China. In other words, only self-occupied and self-occupied commercial housing can be purchased, but not self-occupied and non-occupied commercial housing, including investment in office buildings, commercial properties and residences, which are strictly restricted. Overseas individuals must work and live in Beijing for one year before they are eligible to buy a house.

Fourth, the company's procurement policy

Houses purchased by mainland companies, Changping and Chaoyang: Houses purchased by other units are not restricted except those purchased by sole proprietorships, individual industrial and commercial households and foreign enterprises (except those with branches in Beijing).

Except for individual industrial and commercial households, other districts and counties are not restricted.

Foreign companies can only buy a set of non-residential commercial housing in the mainland where the company is registered.
