In order to ensure the safety of your account and funds, you must have completed face recognition authentication through cross-border GO when handling foreign exchange settlement and sale, foreign exchange trading and deposit receipt business.

Using face recognition authentication requires the following conditions:

1. The certificate type of your registered electronic bank or bank card of BOC is resident ID card.

2. You have come to the counter of China Bank to handle the transaction that needs to verify your ID card.

3. Please ensure that the face is in the designated area of the screen under the condition of sufficient light and smooth network, and complete the designated action according to the prompts at the bottom of the screen. You must not leave the camera during facial recognition and authentication.

4. Face recognition may involve online verification by the People's Bank of China. The working hours of the online verification system of the People's Bank of China are 7:30- 19:00 Beijing time.
