1. If the transaction has not been processed by internal auditors (including all auditors and authorized personnel), you can cancel and modify the transaction information through Workbench-Cancel, and then modify or delete the transaction information through Workbench-To-Do Center.
2. If the transaction has been successfully submitted to the bank through internal audit, if the bank is processing the transaction at this time, the transaction cannot be cancelled.
3. If the transaction is an appointment transaction and the specified payment date has arrived, you can cancel the transaction by yourself through Workbench-Cancel; However, if the specified payment date has been reached and the transaction status is being processed by the bank, it cannot be revoked.
