Investment projects. CUHK China Petroleum Company is a project approved by the national development and reform department of China, approved by the commercial department, registered by the national foreign exchange administration department and foreign affairs department, registered by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy and Anti-monopoly, the Ministry of Finance, the Kyrgyz Embassy in China and the China Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, and invested and constructed by Central Asia Energy Co., Ltd., a super-large energy and chemical enterprise in Shaanxi Province. It is an overseas enterprise legally registered in Kyrgyzstan, mainly responsible for the investment, operation and management of petroleum refining projects, and is the core and fulcrum of energy investment layout in Central Asia.
