What agent-related storage and transportation transactions are needed for refusal of payment in collection business?
Collection is based on commercial credit. When choosing the collection method to carry out business, exporters must adopt the appropriate collection method according to the situation of different countries and regions, different commodities and different objects, and pay attention to the following issues:

(1) Strengthen the investigation on the reputation of importers. Because the collection method depends on the exporter's trust in the importer, it has the nature of financing from the importer. For example, exporters blindly sign contracts without knowing the importer's credit, and when the importer unreasonably delays payment or even goes bankrupt for various reasons, it will bring losses to exporters.

(2) Pay attention to the receiving bank. Although collection is a commercial credit, if you can choose a reputable collection bank, you can also promote payment. In practical business, we generally choose large foreign banks with good reputation and strong strength.

(3) Pay attention to the relevant regulations of the importing country. In import and export trade, some goods must obtain import license or foreign exchange license when they are imported in some countries, otherwise they are not allowed to be imported. Exporters should master these businesses involving the trade laws and foreign exchange control of importing countries, otherwise the foreign exchange collection will not be guaranteed.

(4) Pay attention to the use of forward payment. There is no clear stipulation on the collection method of D/P in the world, so the treatment methods in different countries are very different, some are based on D/A, some are based on D/P at sight, and some do not accept D/P at a later date. Therefore, exporters should pay attention to the rational use of D/P in the future, and the time limit of D/P in the future should be controlled, not too long, generally not exceeding the transportation time from the place of export to the place of import.

(5) Find a good agent in advance. In documentary collection business, if there is non-payment, the exporter can appoint an agent to handle the warehousing, insurance resale or shipment of the goods at the destination port. The agent can be a customer who has a good relationship with the exporter or the collecting bank, but the name and authority of the agent must be stated in the collection power of attorney.

(6) Exporters should pay attention to insurance. As the collection method is risky to the exporter, the exporter should try his best to conclude the contract at the price of c 1f when signing the contract, and the exporter should handle the insurance. In case the goods are dangerous in transit, they can get compensation through the insurance company.
