1. Corporate customers who open current deposit accounts with China Bank must submit:

(1) current deposit account number;

(2) The valid identity certificate of the legal representative or person in charge;

(3) Power of attorney of the legal representative or person in charge (power of attorney);

(4) Fill in the unit deposit receipt of Bank of China Limited;

(5) Reserved seal (including special seal for financial affairs of the unit, seal for legal representative of the unit (or seal for principal) and seal for accounting).

2. If an enterprise current deposit account has not been opened in China Bank, the materials required by the Measures for the Administration of RMB Bank Settlement Accounts and the Provisions on the Administration of Domestic Foreign Exchange Accounts shall also be submitted.

3. Valid identity documents of the controlling shareholder or actual controller (if any).
