If the money has been remitted to the payee's account, the remitter and the payee will contact each other to refund the money; If the payee does not open an account in the remittance bank, the remitter shall prepare a letter or his identity certificate and return the remittance together with the receipt of the original foreign exchange settlement authorization;
After receiving the customer's remittance refund application and the original receipt, if the company applies for remittance refund, the agent shall examine whether the remittance refund application is stamped with the customer's reserved bank seal and check it with the reserved seal;
If an individual applies for remittance refund, he shall verify the customer ID card and keep a copy of the customer ID card. When there is no mistake, fill in the Payment Settlement Notice/Query Reply (attachment1-kloc-0/4), affix the special seal for settlement, and indicate in the first copy that "I applied for remittance refund on ××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××
