The purchase of foreign exchange by overseas individuals with legitimate RMB current account income and the repurchase of unused RMB shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:

1. The legitimate current account RMB income obtained in China shall be purchased with my valid identity certificate and the source materials (including tax vouchers) of foreign exchange purchase funds with transaction amount.

2, the original unused RMB exchange back to foreign exchange, with my valid identity documents and the original exchange memo, the original exchange memo is valid within 24 months from the date of exchange; Before leaving the country, the exchange of the accumulated value of less than $500 (inclusive) at the domestic customs place on that day and the accumulated value of 1000 (inclusive) on that day can be handled with my valid identity certificate.

3. The audit materials for foreigners' salaries, bonuses, allowances and other RMB income payments include:

(1) Purchase of foreign exchange for employees' salary: employment or labor service contract or employment certificate, income list issued by the employer, and tax payment certificate.

(2) Purchase of foreign exchange for "hardware" such as pension, retirement fee, severance payment, and pension after leaving the country for settlement: payment of the certification documents of the issuing unit.

(3) Purchase of foreign exchange from other legitimate current account income: proof of income source and tax payment certificate.
