Fuhui, a subsidiary of Fuhui, was recently notified by Nasdaq of delisting warning due to debt problems. Although it has not been officially delisted, it will definitely be out if FXCM does not take any measures to save itself. However, there are too many crises that FXCM has to face, such as Lucadia's debt collection problem, poor performance or even loss, the persistent low stock price, the decrease of customer base and so on. Any one of these problems may lead to the crisis of formal delisting of FXCM.
