1. For the consumption generated by using our credit card in non-US dollar countries through international organization lines (i.e. non-UnionPay lines), the cardholder has to pay 1.5% foreign exchange fee to convert the local currency into US dollars, and the subsequent US dollars have included this exchange fee (American Express Centurion Black Gold Card and American Express Centurion Platinum Card are paid at 2% of the settlement amount). 2. There is no foreign exchange handling fee for USD consumption. 3. UnionPay single currency credit card shall be handled according to the latest regulations of China UnionPay and our bank.
If it is our UnionPay debit card, it can be used directly (including credit card and withdrawal) in countries where UnionPay routes are opened overseas under the condition of opening overseas use function.
The overseas use of one-card can be divided into two situations: ① The conversion exchange rate for overseas UnionPay line transactions is provided by UnionPay, generally taking the exchange rate announced on the actual trading day, the specific exchange rate value and detailed rules. It is recommended to call UnionPay at 955 16 for consultation. ② Overseas VISA or MasterCard quota transactions shall be converted into US dollars at the exchange rate specified by VISA or MasterCard on that day for settlement. The foreign currency settlement exchange rate for overseas transactions of credit cards is generally the exchange rate on the processing day of the international organization system, which is usually the exchange rate on the day before the' bookkeeping date' in the bill, subject to the records of the international organization system. The exchange rate is provided by international organizations and may be different from the market announcement.
