The work report has three elements: phased achievements, problems and solutions, and post-project plans.

In a project, leaders are most concerned about the progress of the project. Therefore, the phased results are at the forefront, and we can start from these three points:

What are the project objectives? The project went as planned. Where has it gone now? What is the result of this step?

After writing the progress, the second step is to write the above problems encountered in the project. How are you going to solve them?

So for the problems and solutions, you have to talk about these two points: what problems did the project encounter? Is there any way to solve it? It better be solved.
