Borrowers applying for foreign exchange loans to study in China Bank shall submit a written loan application to the handling bank and submit the following materials:

1. Application Form for Foreign Exchange Loan for Studying in China Bank;

2. Legal and valid identity certificates, household registration certificates and marital status certificates of the borrower and the educated;

3. Proof of the relationship between the borrower and the educated;

4. Proof of economic income recognized by the handling bank;

5. Admission notices and other admission documents issued by overseas institutions of higher learning recognized by the Ministry of Education of China; Students who are studying should also provide valid proof materials (including student ID card, tuition payment voucher for the previous year, valid study visa, etc.). );

6. If the property is mortgaged (pledged), the valid right certificate of the mortgaged property and the commitment or statement signed by the person who has the right to dispose of the property (including the property owner) agreeing to mortgage (pledge) shall be provided. Collateral shall be submitted to the appraisal report issued by the appraisal company recognized by the handling bank, the pledge shall provide proof of rights, and the natural person shall provide written documents and relevant certification materials that the guarantor agrees to undertake irrevocable joint and several liability guarantee;
