The approval documents of the foreign exchange bureau shall be applied to the foreign exchange bureau by individual residents. If it is lost, it can be reissued to the original foreign exchange bureau with the supporting materials at the time of reissue and original application.

After reviewing the certification materials provided by individual residents, the foreign exchange bureau issues approval documents to individual residents and logs them into the system at the same time. The approval document of the foreign exchange bureau is valid for three months from the date of issuance.
