Payment and settlement process: according to the RMB amount of the pre-settlement message, handle the relevant payment and settlement and remittance transfer processes.

1. If the remittance bank is China Bank, pay according to the remittance instruction: if the payee's account name matches, deposit it into your account; If you need to notify the payee, you should send a notice and record it the next day at the latest, and inquire about the payment as soon as possible.

2. If the remittance bank is a domestic non-BOC bank, the remittance shall be made in the large and small systems of the People's Bank of China, and the "Remarks" column of the remittance report shall include the original amount of US dollars and the words "pre-settlement of foreign remittance".
