3. If the normal construction cannot be carried out due to material shortage, climatic conditions and other reasons, the work content can be temporarily adjusted through negotiation between both parties. 4. If necessary, with the consent of both parties, Party B's personnel can work overtime. Party A shall pay overtime wages according to the following standards:

(2) Work overtime at night (from 22: 00 to 5: 00 am the next day) and on holidays, and the salary is150% of the basic salary;

(7) Holidays

1. All Party B's personnel have the right to enjoy legal holidays of ems government.

3. If the site construction requires Party B's personnel to postpone their vacation in China, Party B agrees to persuade its personnel to postpone their vacation, and Party A agrees to pay appropriate remuneration to compensate for the losses of Party B's personnel.

4. The compensation for the above losses can be negotiated by the on-site representatives of both parties according to the current situation. But this compensation should not be less than the one-way ticket price between ems airport and stu airport.

5. When Party B's personnel have worked for more than half a year due to family changes, they can enjoy home leave in advance with the consent of the on-site representatives of both parties. If the relevant personnel have enjoyed the vacation back home, their round-trip travel expenses shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall not pay the salary for this vacation.

(8) Travel and transportation expenses

1. Party A shall bear the round-trip travel expenses of Party B's personnel from stu airport to the project site and the necessary accommodation expenses except airline hospitality, but Party B shall try its best to reduce the expenditure of this extra expense, and Party A agrees to pay the entry fee (such as airport tax) for Party B's personnel entering ems country.

4. The exchange rate between USD and ems dinar shall be converted according to the middle price of buying and selling published by the government bank of ems country on the day of payment.

(14) Housing and public housing

1. Party A will provide housing for Party B's personnel free of charge according to the following standards:

Article 7 Labor protection, working conditions and protection against occupational hazards

(2) Party A establishes a safety production system according to relevant national laws and regulations; Party B shall strictly abide by Party A's labor safety system, prohibit illegal operation, prevent labor accidents and reduce occupational hazards.

Article 8 rescission, termination and economic compensation of labor contracts
