Customers can change the first and second types of accounts through any CCB outlet in China with their valid identity documents and bank cards.

Tips: At present, only account type change between Class I account and Class II account is supported. The main account of supplementary card, the main account for generating mobile payment mapping card, discounted debit card, non-real-name registration system debit card, account involved, debit card with a binding contractual relationship with the second-class account of bank card, E-class account, debit cards of other accounts and accounts with abnormal account status shall not be changed.
