Savings-type (electronic) treasury bonds: During the issuance of savings bonds (electronic), you can purchase them through the following channels: our counter-please bring your valid ID card, debit card or passbook to any outlet of China Merchants Bank for purchase. If it is an agent, the valid identification of the agent must be presented at the same time. Professional online banking (counter-related, excluding passbook)-After logging in to the professional version, click "Investment and Financial Management → Bonds/Treasury Bonds → savings bonds" to purchase or view savings bonds.
