A tier-one branch refers to a large branch with management nature. The second-tier branch is a large branch under the jurisdiction of the first-tier branch that can handle corporate business. The organizational structure of a bank is divided into five levels: head office, first-level branches (provincial branches), second-level branches (regional branches), first-level branches (county branches) and second-level branches (branches and savings offices).
The head office has tier-one branches; Tier-1 branches are generally branches of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), or some cities with separate plans also have tier-1 branches (such as Qingdao and Dalian); First-level branches generally have second-level branches or first-level branches.
If it is a provincial-level branch, the branches below the city are generally called secondary branches; If it is a tier-one branch of a municipality directly under the central government or a city under separate state planning, the next tier-one branch is generally called a tier-one branch;
Different names but the same level; The secondary branch under the secondary branch is called secondary branch, and the branch under the primary branch is called secondary branch; There are outlets under the sub-branch/secondary sub-branch.
The general order is: the head office leads the branches, the branches lead the branches, and the branches lead the outlets.
