2. If you need to withdraw foreign currency cash, you can make an appointment to handle domestic personal foreign currency cash through personal online banking, mobile banking, China Bank Weizhong Bank and China Bank outlets.

(1) With the foreign currency cash reservation function of personal online banking and mobile banking, you can make a cash withdrawal reservation for the currencies listed in the function within 7 days from today or tomorrow, and China Bank will keep the corresponding foreign currency cash according to the customer's reservation, so as to ensure that you can get the reserved foreign currency at the reservation outlets within the appointment date. At present, only the reservation function of "18 resident ID card" customers using foreign currency cash is supported.

(2) Please pay attention to "Bank of China Micro-Banking" and click "Micro-Service"-"Foreign Currency Reservation" to be authenticated as a tourist. After selecting different currencies, enter the function you want to make an appointment, select the nearest outlet to make an appointment, and you can query the appointment history and filter according to different conditions.
