Characteristics of export agency business:
1. The Consignee and the Consignee shall sign an export agency agreement in advance, clearly stipulating the business goods, agency scope, goods handover, storage and transportation, expenses burden, handling fee rate, foreign exchange transfer, claim settlement, payment settlement and related responsibilities of both parties.
2. The entrusted enterprise handles the export business as an agent, and does not advance the commodity funds, bear the basic expenses, bear the profit and loss of export sales, and only charge the handling fee.
3. The entrusted enterprise shall charge the entrusting party a handling fee according to the invoice amount of export sales and the stipulated handling fee rate as the management fee and income of the export business.
4. The export tax rebate for export commodities belongs to the entrusting party. Generally, the entrusting enterprise is responsible for issuing the export tax refund certificate to the local tax bureau, and the entrusting party will handle the tax refund with the certificate, export declaration form, verification form of export proceeds, copy of export agency agreement and other documents.
