Remittances remitted by individuals with Hong Kong identity documents through clearing banks with the remitter as the payee, the maximum amount of remittances remitted from Hong Kong by each remitter per day is 80,000 yuan. If the payee and the remitter are not one of the same customers or joint account holders, or the amount of RMB remitted from Hong Kong by the same remitter on that day exceeds 80,000 yuan, the mainland bank shall return the corresponding RMB amount to the remittance bank in Hong Kong in the original way, and no understanding payment shall be made to the payee.
