The documents needed to fill in the customs declaration form are mainly divided into two parts: basic documents and special documents.

Basic documents: import bill of lading (issued by shipping company), export bill of lading (issued by shipping company), commercial invoice (issued by seller as exporter), packing list (issued by exporter) and warehouse receipt (issued by warehouse keeper).

Special documents: import and export license, approval documents issued by the competent commercial department of the state, processing trade manual, tax exemption certificate, foreign exchange verification form, customs clearance form for inbound and outbound goods issued by the inspection and quarantine department, guarantee documents, certificate of origin, etc.

Preparation documents: import and export trade contract (required when importing and exporting leased goods) and relevant certification documents of import and export enterprises.
