China Merchants Bank can withdraw cash when applying for overseas credit cards, and overseas credit cards can only be activated in consumption abroad.

Overseas cash withdrawal amount:

1. overseas cash withdrawal amount: the daily cash withdrawal limit of general unionpay channel is equivalent to RMB 10000 yuan.

2. Restrictions on overseas cash withdrawal: The daily cumulative cash withdrawal of each household on overseas non-UnionPay lines shall not exceed the equivalent of 1 ,000 USD, and the cumulative cash withdrawal within 1 month shall not exceed the equivalent of 1 ,000 USD within 6 months.

3. Overseas cash withdrawal fee: the overseas cash withdrawal fee is 3% of each cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum charge of USD 3 or 30 yuan RMB (American Express Card-Centurion Black Gold Card, American Express Card-Centurion Platinum Card, with a minimum charge of USD 5 or 30 yuan RMB). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash withdrawal.
