7. Apply to the foreign exchange bureau for export verification and filing, and the importer enters the filing catalogue and applies for opening a foreign exchange account;

8. According to the different import and export ports of the enterprise, go to the local customs for off-site filing and customs clearance.

Provisions on application materials for import and export licenses:

4. If the foreign trade operator is a foreign-invested enterprise, a copy of the approval certificate of the foreign-invested enterprise shall also be submitted;

Individual industrial and commercial households that handle industrial and commercial registration according to law shall submit the property notarization certificate issued by the legal notarization institution; A foreign enterprise that has gone through industrial and commercial registration according to law shall submit a capital credit certificate issued by a statutory notary office.

When applying for an export license, the business operator shall carefully and truthfully fill in the export license application form (original) 1 copy, and affix the official seal. To apply online, you should fill in the electronic application form carefully and truthfully and send it to the corresponding license issuing agency.

Article 10

When applying for an export license, an operator shall submit the Registration Form for the Record of Foreign Trade Operators or the Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC) or the Approval Certificate for Foreign-invested Enterprises (photocopy) stamped with the special seal for the record and registration of foreign trade operators to the issuing authority.
