Do you need a special bank card to remit money from abroad? Or an ordinary bank card?
It depends on the local bank's regulations on remittance. Some banks can make wire transfers online, so you need a card that supports both online banking and remittance currency.

Whether it is remittance or telegraphic transfer, it is best for the remitter to provide an account that supports deposit in remittance currency, so that if the money is unexpectedly returned, it will be returned directly to the account. Otherwise, I often go to the bank if there is a little accident.

Note: Western Union supports specific currencies and banks. If both local banks support Western Union remittance, it will be faster.

If you have a local bank in China, you'd better use the Bank of China, which is faster.
