Individual residents who purchase and pay the membership fees of overseas international organizations can only remit them directly into the accounts of overseas international organizations; Purchase of foreign exchange by overseas mail order can only be directly remitted to the accounts of overseas institutions; Foreign exchange purchases by overseas immediate family members can only be directly remitted to overseas personal accounts, and foreign currency cash cannot be withdrawn.
