You can handle overseas remittance business through Bank of China personal online banking, mobile banking, counter and other channels.
1. If the amount of outbound remittance does not exceed the equivalent of US$50,000, you can log in to personal online banking and operate through the "Transfer and Remittance-Foreign Currency Cross-Border Remittance" function; you can also log in to mobile banking and operate through "Homepage-Cross-Border Remittance" or "Homepage-Cross-Border Finance (Special Area)-Cross-Border Remittance" function can be operated.
2. If the amount of outbound remittance exceeds the equivalent of US$50,000, you can bring your valid ID, card/passbook to a Bank of China branch to handle the relevant procedures. For cross-border remittance business, it is allowed to entrust others to handle it, but the original identity documents, cards/bankbooks and power of attorney of both the remitter and the agent should be provided; for minors to handle cross-border remittances, their guardians must handle it on their behalf.
