First, the dollar
Dollars are all kinds of paper money issued since 1929. Appeared after 1992 American mint law was passed. At present, the issuance of US dollars is controlled by the Federal Reserve system in the United States. Since 19 13, the United States has established the federal reserve system and issued the federal reserve certificate. More than 99% of the banknotes in circulation are Federal Reserve banknotes. The competent department for issuing US dollars is Congress, and the specific issuance business is handled by the Federal Reserve Bank. Since then, the dollar has been widely used as a reserve currency in countries outside the United States, and eventually became an international currency.
Second, the consequences of the dollar's overshoot.
America's excessive currency has a great influence on other countries. If the dollar falls sharply, it will not be conducive to the stability of other countries' currencies, especially those countries that hold a large amount of foreign exchange in dollars. Because the dollar surplus will inevitably lead to the global depreciation of the dollar, leading to the shrinking of China's foreign exchange reserves, which is a disguised squeeze. For example, the country's current foreign exchange reserves are $ 3. 1.4 trillion, but these dollars have been replaced by real gold and silver goods. Once the dollar depreciates, it means that the product is sold at a low price. Dollars have been converted into commodities, and you must lose money if you suddenly depreciate. Since US dollars can't be used in China, the earned US dollars need to be converted into RMB to be used in China, so the amount of RMB in China should be compared with foreign exchange reserves. Once the dollar depreciates, it will lead to China's currency overspending.
As can be seen from the above, the excess of the US dollar has a certain impact on the US dollar itself. In recent years, due to the epidemic, the United States has issued more money. In order not to be harvested by the United States, other countries have to issue money, and this year is also the case.
