There is no limit on the amount of overseas remittance received by China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Smart Card, and there is no need to declare it. When receiving overseas remittances, you can receive 10 currencies, namely, Hong Kong dollar, US dollar, Euro, Australian dollar, Japanese yen, British pound, Canadian dollar, Swiss franc, New Zealand dollar and Singapore dollar. Among them, Hong Kong dollars and US dollars are recorded in the original currency, and the remaining currencies are less than the equivalent of HK$ 200,000, all of which are converted into Hong Kong dollars by the Hong Kong branch at the exchange rate provided. If the amount is greater than the equivalent of HK$ 200,000 (inclusive), we will try our best to contact customers to confirm whether to deposit Hong Kong dollars or US dollars.
