Notes:
i. Determine the size of ton truck to be used based on the quantity of goods.
ii. Whether to charter a car or share a car to go out of customs can be decided based on the final delivery time of the goods.
If the carpooling service is scheduled to depart every night and be delivered the next day, the cost will be lower. If you receive the goods on the same day and deliver the goods on the same day, you basically need to charter a car.
iii. Goods can be delivered to the Shenzhen warehouse or received at the factory.
iv. At the same time, please note whether the delivery is to the Hong Kong terminal warehouse or a private delivery address. If the Hong Kong terminal warehouse has to pay a registration fee, it is usually around HKD200.
v. At the same time, it is necessary to confirm with the customer whether the goods need to be unloaded after arrival. If not, the transportation company must be notified to arrange for workers to unload the goods. Labor is more expensive in Hong Kong.
Note: Yongda charging standard: HKD70/CBM; or HKD350/ton, whichever is greater. There is a minimum consumption of HKD500 (including registration fee) to enter the dock warehouse. If it is a dock warehouse, it will be moved and unloaded by the customer or the warehouse. Generally, the towing company will charge an additional HKD200 warehousing fee (we have now negotiated with Yongda, and only wealthy warehouses do not need to move). There is no warehousing fee for unloading Yongda, but all others are charged)
