I don't think so, at least not the Bank of China. I guess the People's Bank of China can't either. At present, China Bank, which has the largest foreign exchange business, only accepts 9- 12 currency which is frequently circulated, like some currencies that can only be used in China. I know that US dollars, Japanese yen, Hong Kong dollars, Euro pounds, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars and Macao dollars can be exchanged, and Singapore dollars and Korean won can be exchanged in some departments and regions.
