Conditions for Bank of China personal UnionPay Global Remittance overseas inward remittance:

1. The payee must be a domestic individual with a Chinese People’s Republic of China resident identity card.

2. The foreign exchange settlement mode is to settle transaction funds at the exchange rate provided by China UnionPay.

3. The transaction limit is: the amount of a single remittance transaction shall not exceed the equivalent of US$3,000; the total transaction amount in a single day shall not exceed the equivalent of US$10,000.

4. Comply with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange’s policy requirements on the management of the annual total amount of personal foreign exchange settlement (annual personal foreign exchange settlement quota management and balance of payments declaration).

5. The nature of foreign exchange settlement funds is non-operating foreign exchange funds under the current account.
