As a counter, there are generally three development directions.
1, transfer to account manager. If you have the resources, it will be finished in minutes, and you will be very comfortable. If you don't have the resources, you can work as a counter for one or two years, but it will be very hard and the income will not be as high as your counter.
2. Transfer room. This requires you to have a relationship, in a word. Or you make outstanding achievements at the counter, such as national service pacesetter, skill expert, etc. This is more difficult, and it will take three to five years anyway.
3. Make achievements at the counter, become the counter manager, and then go to the clearing and settlement department. This route is relatively stable, simmer slowly, it is very stable, and there is no hurry.
Different banks, different regions, different positions, different periods, different branches and different levels have great differences in salary income.
It is true that some people earn a very, very high annual salary, reaching astronomical figures, but such people are extremely rare no matter where they are, what bank and what period.
These people are either their own resources, their own abilities, their own efforts, or both are excellent. These people, no matter which industry they go to, are likely to have a high income.
