Conditions of administrative license (approval) and materials to be submitted

1. Apply in writing and fill in the Application Form for Foreign Exchange Registration of Overseas Direct Investment and the Registration Information Form for Overseas Investment Enterprises.

2. Explanations on the sources of foreign exchange funds

3. The valid business license or registration certificate and organization code certificate of the domestic institution.

4. If the foreign shareholder of an overseas investment enterprise is a foreigner, provide his/her valid identity certificate; If the foreign shareholder is an overseas institution, it shall provide its institution registration certificate.

5. The approval document or certificate of the overseas direct investment department for the investment.

6. If the upfront expenses will be paid, provide relevant documents and payment vouchers.

7. Other materials required by the foreign exchange bureau.
