In the process of reading a work, immediate evaluation and feedback are particularly important, which can not only play the role of supervision and encouragement, but also adjust the plan in time according to the actual reading situation. The evaluation feedback here refers to the first evaluation and then feedback. That is, the team leader evaluates the team members, and the backbone team evaluates the team with a two-level evaluation scale.

Then a feedback meeting will be held, and the evaluation results will be reported by the team leader and the backbone team, and then the teacher or monitor will praise the outstanding students and groups. This periodic feedback can be once a week or once a week. After reading a work, organize a special evaluation feedback meeting, focusing on summarizing and exchanging reading experience.

Group special report

After reading a work collectively, we should organize a group special report meeting. One is to facilitate in-depth exchange of reading experience, and the other is to learn from each other and grow together. It is best to form a relatively fixed model for the special report meeting. The following process is for reference.

Preparation stage: the teacher guides the backbone team to make preparations for the venue, guest invitation, jury formation and host selection in advance according to the reading plan (scheme). At the same time, each group will give full play to the strength of the whole group, carefully prepare the content of the speech, determine the speaker, do a good job in PPT, and prepare for the performance in advance.

Report and presentation: representatives of each group came to the stage in turn to present their achievements, and the student judges made quantitative evaluation according to the rules. In the process of communication and reporting, teachers designate students to collect pictures, videos and other materials for later briefing writing.

Commendation and reward: according to the quantitative results, material and spiritual rewards are given to outstanding representatives and groups. When presenting the report, students can be encouraged to invite students from other classes, teachers and parents of the class to participate, so as to expand the communication effect of reading the whole book and create a richer atmosphere for their subsequent reading activities.

Write a briefing: after the report, the exchange group will sort out the activities, make a class activity briefing, and publish it in the class group and parents group, which can better promote reading activities.
