Decision of Guizhou Provincial People's Government on Adjusting Administrative Licensing and Other Matters

After research, the provincial people's government decided to adjust a number of administrative licensing and other matters. Among them, 19 was cancelled, 19 was decentralized, and 6 management modes were changed, involving 9 mergers or divisions. After the adjustment, the provincial departments continued to implement 266 administrative licensing items.

For the cancellation of administrative licensing matters, the original implementation department should do a good job in the follow-up work of cancellation matters, formulate post-event supervision measures within 20 working days, effectively strengthen supervision, and avoid a management vacuum. For decentralized administrative licensing matters, relevant provincial departments should promptly strengthen business guidance and training for lower levels, ensure that lower levels can receive and do a good job, and prevent the work from being out of touch. The undertaking agencies should sort out one by one, clarify the undertaking agencies, improve the supporting system, standardize the examination and approval procedures, and improve the examination and approval efficiency. Provincial departments to retain the continued implementation of administrative licensing projects, to be included in the list of responsibilities of relevant provincial departments for management, without the consent of the provincial government, shall not be delegated to cities and counties for implementation or not.
