The foreign currency payment to Viet Nam can be a China contract. When signing a contract abroad, it is recommended to use both Chinese and English names, or only use Chinese names. The law does not explicitly prohibit the use of abbreviations when signing, nor does it explicitly prohibit the use of former names, English names, stage names, pen names, aliases, nicknames or nicknames to sign.
