Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank is a rural commercial bank in Suzhou and Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank is a rural commercial bank in Jiangsu. Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank was restructured and established by Wujiang Rural Credit Cooperative Association in August 2004. It is the first joint-stock bank in China since the establishment of China Banking Regulatory Commission.
