Topic Identification and Prevention of China's Financial Systemic Risks Abstract: Developing countries are not only countries undergoing economic transition. For China, how to prevent financial risks and maintain financial security in the face of economic globalization is of great theoretical and practical significance and a very serious topic. As the global financial tsunami triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States spread gradually, it hit the whole world financial system like a domino, which led to systemic financial risks attracting more and more attention around the world. In this situation, how to prevent and resolve systemic financial risks has been paid more and more attention by all countries. This paper attempts to take the systemic risk analysis as the breakthrough point, hoping to provide its own thinking on how to stabilize and develop China's financial market through the study of the current situation, causes and measures of systemic financial risk. In the structure of the paper, this paper first summarizes the current global economic environment. Under this background, starting with the definition and connotation of systemic financial risk, it combs and compares the definitions of systemic financial risk by experts and scholars at home and abroad, so as to get its essential characteristics. On this basis, the factors affecting financial stability are analyzed. Compared with history, multiple systemic financial risks have the characteristics of process, origin and substance. On the basis of recognizing these characteristics of systemic risks, combined with the relevant experience of risk management and prevention in many countries, the regulatory concept and related countermeasures based on systemic risks are obtained.
