Regulations on withdrawal of tour groups
The rules for refund of tour groups are as follows:

1. If the travel agency terminates the contract within 7 days before departure, it shall refund all the fees collected to the tourists and pay the liquidated damages.

2. If the travel agency cancels the contract more than 7 days before departure, it shall not only bear the liability for breach of contract in accordance with Article 63 of this contract, but also return all the fees it has collected to the tourists. If the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure and other reasons, the travel agency can refund the balance to the tourists after deducting the non-refundable fees paid to the local agency or the performance assistant.

3. If the tourist proposes to terminate the contract more than 7 days before the start of the trip, the travel agency shall refund all the travel expenses to the tourist. If the termination of the contract is proposed within 7 days before the start of the trip, the travel agency will refund the balance to the tourists after deducting the necessary expenses according to the following standards. The necessary expenses include 20% to 40% of the total travel expenses or more than 40% of the total travel expenses. The specific deduction standard depends on the number of days remaining before the start of the trip.

4. If the tourist ends the trip before the end of the trip, the fee will be refunded according to the difference between the actual expenditure and the necessary expenditure.
