According to the relevant regulations of China's foreign exchange management, domestic residents who have foreign currency cash or foreign currency deposits can convert them into other foreign currencies or RMB at the foreign exchange window of China Construction Bank according to the buying and selling exchange rate stipulated by the People's Bank of China, but RMB cannot be converted into foreign currencies. Therefore, the foreign exchange business of domestic residents is only to convert one foreign currency into another, or to convert foreign currency into RMB; Only foreigners, overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who come to China temporarily will convert RMB into foreign currency.
