1. 1 Enter the system.

Insert the Ikey card of the enterprise operator into the USB interface of the computer, or insert the IC card into the IC card reader on the computer, open the IE browser, enter the electronic port official website, and click to enter the login interface of the electronic port law enforcement system.

1.2 system login

Enter the IC card login password in the password box in Chart 3, and click the Enter button (see Figure 3) to enter the main selection interface of China Electronic Port Law Enforcement System.

Click the "Export Tax Refund" system icon in the main menu to enter the home page of the enterprise edition of the electronic port law enforcement platform.

1.3 special tips

During the whole use process, Ikey card needs to be inserted into the USB port of the computer, and IC card needs to be inserted into the card reader. The system authenticates the identity of the operator according to the information of Ikey/IC card, and automatically signs and encrypts the data electronically processed by the operator.

Second, the customs declaration query

2. 1 Enter the interface

Enterprises can use this function to inquire and download the tax refund declaration form for customs clearance or port of departure.

Click Export Customs Declaration Query Download-Customs Declaration Query Download to enter the query initialization interface, as shown in Figure 6.

The system queries the customs declaration form by default, and the export date defaults to today.

The page prompts the customs declaration solutions of different States;

2. 1 export declaration query

Query criteria: fill in at least one of the export declaration form and export date, or perform an associated query, enter the query criteria, check the query declaration form type, and click Query to display the query result list, as shown in Figure 7.

Click the customs declaration number to view the detailed information of customs declaration.

When the number of container numbers for one ticket exceeds five, all the detailed inquiry pages will be displayed, but only five container numbers will be displayed on the printed page, plus the word "equal".

When the box number of a ticket is less than or equal to 5, all the detailed inquiry pages and printed pages will be displayed.

Click the table body details of the customs declaration form to view the table body information, as shown in Figure 9.

Inquire about the customs clearance tax refund declaration form after 20 15050 1;

(2) Customs declaration form for tax refund at the port of departure:

Inquire about the customs declaration form before and after customs clearance at the port of departure 20150501; The customs at the port of departure will continue to issue the original customs declaration form.

(3) Customs declaration and tax refund:

Before 20 15050 1, check the customs declaration form.

(4) All customs declaration forms for export tax rebate should go to the electronic port to inquire about export tax rebate 3-5 days after customs clearance;

Third, the customs declaration printing

3. 1 Enter the query criteria on the "Customs Declaration Query and Download" page, and click "Query" to obtain the document information to be printed.

3.2 Click on the hyperlink of "customs declaration number" to enter the detailed page of document inquiry.

3.3 click on the "tax refund print"

3.4 The system jumps to the print interface.

3.5. Install normal printing for subsequent operations.

Fourth, exit the system.

Click "Exit System" in the menu on the right to exit directly.

The user quits the enterprise operation of China electronic port law enforcement platform. At this time, if the user does not do anything, he should take out the IC card from the card reader or the IKEY card from the USB interface and keep it properly.

Remarks:

1. It is recommended to use IE browser for the above operation. If you can't log in to the system, please click the "one-click repair" button in the login interface of the electronic port law enforcement system to repair the system configuration.

2. Please set the browser ratio to 100% when logging into the China electronic port law enforcement platform system to get a more friendly display.

Shenzhen import and export enterprises often handle export tax rebates. What is the reason why there is no such declaration form?

When handling the export tax refund, the national tax system prompts that "there is no such customs declaration number in the electronic information of the customs declaration form". What should I do?

Query the customs clearance status of the customs declaration form (login e-port-export tax rebate subsystem-data query-customs clearance status query)

The customs clearance status of 1 shows "Successfully sent to State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China", indicating that the data has been successfully sent to State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China. Please be patient 1 and 2 days. If the status has not been updated for a long time, please contact the electronic port.

2. The customs clearance status shows "Failed to send national tax" and "Failed to collect national tax". Please contact the electronic port as soon as possible, and the electronic port will resend the data to State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.

3 The customs clearance status is displayed as "National Tax Received Successfully", which means that the data has been received in the national tax. Please contact the national tax bureau to deal with the abnormal data. According to the relevant regulations, the tax authorities in charge of export tax refund can contact the competent customs for verification by sending a letter.
