Fuzhou college of foreign studies and trade is located in Changle City, Fujian Province. Founded in 2004, it is a multi-disciplinary private undergraduate school that focuses on undergraduate education and holds vocational education at the junior college level.

The school is a full-time ordinary undergraduate school approved by the Ministry of Education, the sponsor and vice-chairman unit of the National Non-profit Private University Alliance, the executive vice-chairman unit of the Higher Education Professional Committee of the China Private Education Association, and the joint postgraduate training unit.
