Tips:

1. Personal information should be registered according to the webpage prompts before the first cross-border wire transfer.

2. Submit remittance instructions from 4: 00 to 23: 00 every day, and our bank will start processing them on working days.

3. The remittance account must be a debit card cash account with a cash sub-account in remittance currency (cash sub-accounts are not accepted).

4. The limit of single remittance is 50,000 US dollars (inclusive) or equivalent foreign currency; The daily accumulative remittance limit for domestic individuals is 50,000 USD (inclusive) or equivalent in foreign currency.

5. Select "Ben-Payee bears ABC expenses" to deduct from the remittance amount; Actual remittance amount = remittance amount-handling fee amount-mailing fee amount; Actual payment amount = remittance amount; Select "SHA- you bear the expenses of ABC", and the expenses will be deducted from the remittance account; Actual remittance amount = remittance amount; Actual payment amount = remittance amount+handling fee amount+post and telecommunications fee amount.

6. If the transaction is submitted on a non-working day, we will handle it on the next working day.
