This information is submitted to the Malta Financial Services Authority. If the articles of association and articles of association submitted for registration comply with the provisions of Malta's Company Law, the registration office will register the company after receiving the full registration fee, and issue a registration license to the company, indicating that the company has been registered according to law and is allowed to be established and start business from the registration date specified in the registration license. The company was immediately announced and can start its business activities. Any change in the contents of the company's directors, shareholders, company secretary or articles of association and general rules shall be filed with the registration authority. The registration of a company and the amendments to its articles of association and regulations must be published by the registrant in the government gazette.
